I just bought a VX3276-2k-mhd from Viewsonic Authorized Store on Lazada.

Unfortunately, there is a very bad back light bleed on the lower right side. It's super distracting in dark scenes.

How do I claim for replacement?

Why Viewsonic VX3276-2K-MHD so many complaint about the backlight bleed ? Mine just bought also having this issue , dunno is the display problem or this is consider normal screen reaction ?

Been using the VG2448 and VP2468, didn't notice any light bleed issue either.

Both rock solid out of the box.

So far i am pretty happy with the model, can't see backlight bleed on my unit.

even got semut inside pun they still layan..... 

I sent it back to IT Comp for warranty claim. Here are the backlight bleeding pictures. Top left corner and bottom left and right corner.

To be fair to Viewsonic, I bought a Samsung curved monitor last year and that unit was also defective (bad backlight bleeding). Samsung replaced a new monitor for me so I'm expecting the same from you guys.
