no, they have to follow Apple... anything we can contact Apple and they will instruct Switch/Machine to follow biggrin.gif

last time i send my iPad Air for warranty, Switch not willing to help because they insist it is not a problem, end up i call Apple (the customer support from SG), the senior adviser i talked with call Switch to tell them proceed with my warranty claim

Apple Customer Service quite good, especially those oversea, i have deal with US and SG Apple Senior Adviser, they are always willing to helps smile.gif but our local AASP are bad...

i have few friends purchase around December before christmas, now is 96-99%, i guess few % for the first year is okay...

we can get it replace before Dec 2018 sweat.gif

sometime once a day, sometime 1-2 days once, my work dont require me to use my phone so often, usually at work i dont use sweat.gif so sometime not even charge once a day, mostly 2 days once
