Hi everyone.
Want to ask. I already change my ip6 battery at third party repair shop. Can I send my ip6 for the battery replacement program?
*
Can but I think you cannot avail RM129 offer since terms and condition specifically states your phone should have not been opened/repaired by 3rd party non authorized apple service center

so need another phone in hand then
*
No need.. if you go Northpoint just go window shopping computer shops that have internet connection lah.. use some laptop and login to your email 2 hours after you give your phone check if you have notification to pickup your phone that is what I did.. (I did provide machines a useless email I don't use so much)

I plan to do so too for my iphone 7. I previously had a iPhone 6 replaced and I did the phone wipe on the spot, didn’t feel all too comfortable with it.
*
Best to bring the phone there new wiped out save time also..

After receiving phone best to reset the phone again wipeout everything and start from scratch

Yes they did.
I believe so as this is the instruction given. I was wondering if they accept walk ins though?
*
Walkins accepted no issues

Machines klcc is by appointment only, no walk ins are allowed. If possible just go to the ones with appointments, else be prepared for long wait
*
Waking up early is the key for queue issues.. I did mine at Northpoint was there 9am sharp. 11:00am I was on my way back home

Same goes for machines northpoint mid valley. I waited 2 hours for my number to be called, battery was replaced after 2 hours (received email notification), then have to wait another 30 mins to collect my phone. Wasn't a pleasant experience overall. KLCC machines is way better with appointment.
*
What time and day did you go? Depends on time and day.. I went there on a weekday Tuesday (for one of my iphone) to be exact arrived past 11am was #8 in queue.. left my phone before 12nn.. Went for lunch, walked around midvalley. went back Northpoint 2pm. Queued up #3 in queue. before 3pm I was home already

Will they accept if the phone has one dent on top right of the iPhone?

My iPhone 7 has minor dent on top right, unfortunately.
Others looks brand new.
*
Hard to say. It would be best to bring your phone in so they can check the phone physically

I’m torn between Midvally NorthPoint or KLCC, but but seems to have terrible services from google reviews, hahaha...
*
Doesn't matter depends on luck. If you get lucky not too many people. I don't trust reviews that much because let's face it most people who will leave feedback/survey/reviews are people who have complaints. I know I will definitely leave a bad feedback/survey if I am pissed.

Most people who don't have complaints would be happy chugging along with their iphones with new battery and won't give a flying F about reviews

Maybe I was lucky.. I went weekday Tuesday reach past 11am got my phone 2pm. Didn't wait for call or email.. I went back 2 hours after I dropped off my phone and it was done.. When I came home I checked my email and my phone done after 1 hour and 30 minutes after dropping off.

So really depends on luck.. maybe nowadays many people because got holiday, people using the time to go to machines and have battery replaced.. It is nearing the end of the battery program so I would guess there will be a lot of people before the year ends
