Just came back from northpoint. They insisted me to leave the phone for 7 days cause its still under warranty. Rm121 battery replacement does not apply. Sigh. Need to wait until mid december to send again

Sent early this mth. But i did not proceed since they insisted to keep the phone 7 days bcause my warranty still valid that time.
I got another appointment in klcc tis coming sunday

Machines klcc out of stock for ipx batt. Those with appointment within timeframe r still entitled for the rm121 package but need to leave the phone for 7days at most

Quite a que bro. But the sa was friendly and helpful. They offered either u pay rm150 and u get to keep the fon until they received the battery and change on the spot later OR pay rm121 and they keep ur fon for few days at most. These guys dun even need any appointment. Superb service!
