Greetings all , since luno is down currently , I want to know whether anyone here has experience using Coinbase with singaporean bank for trading ? Without residing/working in singapore or having singapore telephone. We have plenty of relatives and friends in singapore but it would be a hassle to bug them for multiple transactions. Thanks Edit : Any advise on opening singapore bank account if I am not working in sg or have anything to do there . iSavvy Maybank looks viable. http://www.maybank2u.com.my/WebBank/iSAVvy...pForm010714.pdfThis post has been edited by RC1234: Dec 30 2017, 06:51 PM

From my knowledge, we can open up an account with Maybank Singapore if you're an existing Maybank Malaysia holder. Then from Maybank SG should be able to link up with coinbase. Downside...all is in SGD 🙄

Yes the withdrawal and deposit issue still persist. I found 2 other alternatives, Xbit and Localbitcoins.
Not sure about the quality though. So far Luno is working wonder for me.

I suggest you check the 'open Singapore account' procedure properly. Not so easy I think.
