Hi, Had my XPS M1210 since dec 2006. Its one year now and its still great....waranty's over for me (keep fingers cross that nothing will happen). besides the darkening stains on the palm area below the keyboard and a dent at the righthand bottom corner everything is in great shape. I've even put mac OSX tiger on it half a year ago and just added a 2gb sodimm 2 weeks ago. No complaints what so ever
