From what I read from various sources, the users says, next time they want to take your laptop away, give them whatever excuse to make them fix the stuff at your home. I mean, that's what on-site warranty is for right. Don't only claim for new sticker, get a a palmrest etc etc, the warranty is there for you to abuse it.
