I would like to add something here. Take note for all owners of Dell XPS M1210.

For those who wants to reinstall or reformat or downgrade to Windows XP or whatever, before doing anything please make sure you activate your bluetooth in your Windows before proceeding to your new installation. This is because if you fail to do this step, your new installation will fail fo recognize your bluetooth after that. The only solution then will be reinstalling on your Windows Vista and installing the driver and then reactivating it again. Funny how this bluetooth works.
