I am on 30MB unifi. I got no problem streaming HD/4k contents from Youtube but only on factory version. Once Youtube updated, I will have some lags and I need to uninstall the update. Then, it becomes normal again. Any idea how can I stop the TV from updating Youtube automatically?

My media player - Popcorn Hour A500 can stream HD/4K contents just fine. But since the TV already has Youtube, I might as well use it.

Thank you so much.. i got it done.. Not so familiar with android.. ha ha. In fact I have not installed anything on the TV

I subscribe to ultimate package. Do i have to click " For Non Ultimate.... pay monthly RM10 / per month "? Then click Subscribe?

Once i click that it will go account validation. I am just worry that i will kena charge RM10 per month.

I am using cloud flare dns. Later will try to use google dns, if that will make any difference.

I updated mine. So far can't see any difference. However i managed to install unifi play tv from Google play directly which was not available previously. If only i could use the tv remote just like the hypptv decoder remote. That's would nice.

I have been using unifitv on this tv for a while. However, lately the error code 01999 keeps poping up. I have tried clear cache, reinstall the apps (latest version is 1.2.14) but to no avail. BBC iplayer etc works normally.

I have even called TM to reset my connection but still didnt work.

Anything else I should try?

A bit funny since Netflix, Youtube, BBC player(even play via the Unifitv apps itself) work as normal.

I will check my router setting whether any thinkering might help.

I too installed it directly from playstore and it had been updating itself as and when new version was available. It is only recently that I having this problem.

Nothing worked. I have changed cables from Cat 5e to Cat 7 even though I know that TV LAN port is only fast ethernet. I even tried to connect the TV directly to the router and not through the switch which I normally did, switched off DCHP sever and Adguard on the Raspberry Pie, but still didnt work. I could select the channel selection by pressing the arrow down and it would give the current programmes but once I press OK, it would not play. The 01999 kept coming back.

I guess I should reuse the setup box for the time being until the new update is available and hopefully they will fix this problem.

My BBC player just hang. I want to reinstall this apps but couldn't find it in the apps store except for Singapore version. Is ok if i uninstall the current one reinstall the Singapore version.

Done that. But still only BBC player Singapore version
