Should i buy the newer version 4TC50AL1X since now the price difference is only rm200 compare to the LC50UA6800X? (saw the price difference in LAZADA).

4TC50AL1X is newer version launched last year, and has direct LED lighting for 50" size. Suppose the screen should be brighter? I'm assuming the other features not much differ apart for the HDMI and USB connectors they relocate some to the TV side for convenient sake.

Also I saw the Petronas voucher redemption dateline on 30-Apr, is it true ? Like that has to buy before end of this month!

is there a method to check the turn-on time for this TV?

I found some good deal online, ask the seller is that a new unit and he said yes. But I want to double confirm that is not a display set.

Do we have a way to check how long the tv set been turn on?

Example a DSLR we can check it's 'shutter count' to verify. Not sure TV has similar way to check?

for 50" size, yes backlit vs edge lit......bought a 4TC50AL1X last month....so far so good.....i don't own a 6800X so I can't compare both picture quality.

I read from first page that ASTRO GO app is having some juddling issue on the channels. Is there any fix or new updates?

Although I don't subscribe to ASTRO, but now during MCO they had open up 22 free channels for non-astro subscribers, so I had downloaded ASTRO-GO app on my handphone, created an account and can see these 22 free channels.

So I wonder can I do the same on my android TV?
