This netis modem is a real pain the a@@. I too am trying to change to a new router but facing the same issue. Now they blank out the ppoe password and user name.. Real pain.. The technical support is no help at all

I followed this instruction and it works but intermittently the connect would drop. I have to restart my modem everyday now. Call tm support they send their technician and he said can't do anything because we are using third party router and left.. Anyone here know what is the solution??
