Since the Grab thread is gone, I have to open a new thread...
I just registered for Grab, and went for training. A few questions: 1) When the Grab app is running, Waze loses GPS signal. (Last time had similar issue with Uber app too.) Any solution? I am using Xiaomi Note 4 on U Mobile. 2) The trainer advised us to call the passenger and confirm the pick up point and destination. Do you do this? 3) The trainer told us that when passing toll, use the Tambah Nilai booth and get a receipt. Do you do this? Advice appreciated  |
