These 2 companies never in sync before they provide any GRAB promo code to the customer...

In the grab homepage, it never say this promo only valid for KL riders.

I as GRAB user, i tried so many days to key in the promo code into GRAB apps, it didnt work at all...
Called grab customer services, and emailed them...NO ONE in grab could give the reasons why I cannot use the code....

Until i try and error to key in KL rides...then it went through...

Called customer services again, they also cannot know why until i told them the reasons...then they say "Oh Ya, only for Klang only"

See...how a big company manage their customer service...
SHIT....wasting time....



really shame on these 2 companies.

This issue not resolved till today....
I called this morning...the GRAB customer service said it only works on Thursday because it is "Terer Thursday" promo.

see...they dont know the issue...and just simple hentam saja saja...
