I dont work in production.
Those are not air tight suits. They are ESD smocks to prevent humans from contaminating the chips/wafers. Not the other way around.

Correct. Most MNC in penang are factories. Even chinamen broadcom also are hiring engineers to improve the production. Innovation is discouraged.
