I dont work in production.Those are not air tight suits. They are ESD smocks to prevent humans from contaminating the chips/wafers. Not the other way around.

Correct. Most MNC in penang are factories. Even chinamen broadcom also are hiring engineers to improve the production. Innovation is discouraged.the small number of designs coming out of png are low end stuff establish. not really innovative etc. so lousy pay is a given.
