QUOTE(TangkapPenipu @ Oct 31 2018, 09:32 PM)
A bailiff and I went to Chen Yoon Kwee's house on Monday, 29 Oct 2018.
Before that, I had to made a security deposit RM 1000 to court first.

I had to pick-up a bailiff from court, then I had to send bailiff back to court.

On 29 Oct 2018 this day, bailiff's plan was to go to Chen Yoon Kwee's house to pick-up Chen Yoon Kwee with my car, and then take Chen Yoon Kwee back to court.

[attachmentid=10093437] Bailiff was talking to Chen Yoon Kwee's mother while I hid beside Chen Yoon Kwee's house.

Bailiff's job was to send a court letter to Chen yoon Kwee and then take Chen Yoon Kwee back to court. Chen Yoon Kwee would not get hand-cuff.
I felt that it was too dangerous if to get Chen Yoon Kwee to sit inside my car... sweat.gif

Chen Yoon Kwee's mother told bailiff that Chen Yoon Kwee has been arrested 4 days ago.
And now he is in Kajang jail.

I called Kajang jail this afternoon, Kajang jail  said yes.
Chen Yoon Kwee is in Kajang jail, he will release next year June.

Kajang jail said they can send Chen Yoon Kwee directly to court for next judgment after Chen Yoon Kwee is released from jail next year.

Kajang jail said Chen Yoon Kwee is always goes to jail..

Obviously, Chen Yoon Kwee is a garbage..

if he's already currently in jail, I don't think you can get to extend his jail sentence with just your civil case

and you're probably right in thinking that scumbag probably don't have money to pay you anyway right now

quite typical for those judges actually.. they're bored with civil cases... but that bailiff and court staff probably just spewing bullshits, he/she probably don't even know much about the law.. what kind of looney world we're living in where victim has to pay for the jail expenditure of his/her wrongdoers...? rclxub.gif

I'm highly interested at the sentence where your judge don't know what's gonna happen next and she need to discuss with other judges, as this could mean your case could be a landmark/leading case for future related cases, if you decided to press on of course..

whatever your decision from now, on whether to keep continuing the charges or just drop it, as a follower of this long thread since beginning, I'll support wholeheartedly.. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

you have invested a lot in this endeavor, and I understand the pros and cons of both of those decisions.. console.gif
