After repair judge said CYK should pay you, but again CYK no pay/no money.
what the law going to do about it?
Are CYK still driving without insurance and road tax? Most probably driving licence also expired if he have one.
Maybe your case will only see action taken on CYK get viral on social media.
This is sad man.
