good contractors are very hard to find nowadays. more expensive doesnt mean good so.... if u find one, pls recommend...

for me...i think this plaster ceiling not practical in long terms...lizard or bugs may make the top panel as their dream home and dust or spider web wil be lays easily too.

why not try to consult some ID? i think if you have the budget for the photo shown, i am sure you affortable for hiring an ID as well ...

I column will cost you around RM 300++ to RM 400++ depends on Materials & quantity too , ... .. wether is it Laminated or Veneer Finishing...size & height too affect trhe price i think...I think if u do more things with him will get a Better Bargain ??...
