For me, at this stage i'll vote 4 scooter and i'm riding one. Reason, it's easy to ride and keep stuffs underneath. As such i favour my current elit sport coz u cant keep stuffs inside gtr.
Maintenance wise, anytime a typical 4-stroke cub wins in terms of cost and spares.
Scooter is expensive to maintain and even harder to make it last long. At the wrong hands (stupid mechanics), u could end up with lots of problem.
Problems with scooters are very hard to point and troubleshoot, hence the need to know a good & experienced mechanic.
So u decide. I ride my current scooter coz it's a breeze to cruise on highways and i can smile while zipping through traffic. A set of raincoat, tire repair kit, tire pump, some tools, a flashlight and a helmet are kept easily under the seat.
