Lzd cancelled my Seagate surprise box bought on 13Dec and refunded me a rm100 voucher code with 1 year validity. But going to ask for SV

Please share me your almighty speech.
I've already chat with them, all they do is apologize and apologize and apologize even though i insist of wanting that surprise box.

I live chat with them and mentioned that i want this surprise box.
But they keep apologise for the glitch and network issue since we were able to buy although the item OOS.
So i keep pushing and all they do is apologise without any compensation.

Maybe someone can try to transfer credit from one petronas card to another in order to avoid they deduct credit  after this year end

Since this is already reached V26, obviously there must be some real driver why so many are into online shopping. What kind of savings margin are you guys getting by shopping online? Or in other words, say if you would have spent RM10k this year if you shopped at malls and retail stores, how much would you have spent by shopping online?

open most basic account to get atm. pick no yearly fee atm.
then apply lazada cimb card. it's a prepaid credit card. 15% cashback monthly rm25. after that 1% max rm25, 0.5% elsewhere, i think it's accumulation. because they paid me lump sum rm25 + rm18 for november's sale and i bought small stuff lots of order for office event.
lazada cc is rm10.60 yearly fee. worth it.
they gave me a box and pick our printed lottery ticket.
