I received a lazada push notification for voucher up to RM120 (or was it 150) but once i click on the msg and go into the app its not there and i cant rmb the voucher code. Anywhere i can retrive it?

Tried via Wisepay say does not apply to category, tried via Lazada instant but because payment amount is zero (RM10 - RM10), it comes out error check limit response is empty
They don't even offer RM15 reload, means must buy RM20 and the RM10 have to pay in cash even though I have many RM10 vouchers left

I am so completely screwed over by this, at least RM100 damage because many of my vouchers are now useless
The way the did this is completely unacceptable as well, with no prior notice whatsoever

Just my 2 cents here: I've been tracking my fuel consumption on my 1.5L Honda City (2017 facelift) since i had started using Petronas Primax 95 in October 2017. Holding most things like travel distance, no. of passengers, type of roads/traffic etc, the consumption is 10.8 km/litre. Previously when I had been using Shell, it was close to 12-13 km/litre.

Even though i bought Petronas GC on average of RM80/piece (20% off), the worst-off fuel consumption comes close to 20% as well. I'm starting to feel that the savings on PET GC may not be very worthwhile after all.

3. Complained to LZD CS;
4. Gave me seller's contact;
5. Emailed seller to replace the correct item;
6. Now waiting for seller response.

Anything else can I do? Please advise.
