Haha. Thanks guys for the feedback. I summarize from the responses that the items can be around 20% cheaper, but the challenge will be to only go online if there is something specific to buy and not just keep browsing whenever got free time, resulting in 'buyfirstregretlater' smile.gif

Good luck guys.

I have hundreds of items in my wishlist. I will buy when pricing is good (fluctuating) and with good vouchers.
Milo, Nescafe, Maggi, Drypers, Premier Tissue papers, Petronas GC, USB drives / MicroSD etc.
So I just need to view my wishlist when I am free.

Guys,

Since this is already reached V26, obviously there must be some real driver why so many are into online shopping. What kind of savings margin are you guys getting by shopping online? Or in other words, say if you would have spent RM10k this year if you shopped at malls and retail stores, how much would you have spent by shopping online?
*
It depends.
My shopping are mostly done in Taobao due to many grey set which are really cheap compared to MY set.

For instance ASUS RT-AC5300 I bought at RM 900+ , here in Malaysia simply more than 2k
I didn't worried about warranty so much because less likely will faulty. I have quite a few Asus routers before hand.

Another recent purchase is Linksys Velop. I got it about RM 1500+- , meanwhile Malaysia still dont have yet.
Lazada seller got but around RM 3000 laugh.gif laugh.gif

The best of Lazada this year should be 12.12 Dyson flash sales.
V6 Pro Cordless going for RM 999 vs RM 1,799 RRP , Cool Link purifier RM 1,399 vs RM 1,999 RRP, Air multiler RM 899 vs RM 1,399.

Here already saved a grand. thumbup.gif

1) I can find whatever I want easily without going store to store looking for something or browsing. Can just infront laptop and casually browse
2) no need find parking no need pay parking pay petrol use car no need waste time they deliver to you
3) no matter how I see I can always find cheaper stuffs online compared to retail shop, some way cheaper. Example I was looking for casing for my new mi A1, went Midvalley look around all selling the casing RM70+. Went online look at lowyat forum and shopee lazada, fulamak all selling less than RM30 good ones samo.

So why should I buy retail?

UGREEN is good. all my cables are using this brand since i first bought their hifi cables and really love the quality. I've been using 1 in my car every day park under hot sun and its been 1.5 years + and still working perfectly. Same with the micro USB and USB type C cables in my house and rented room and my gf's cable all UGREEN and all working perfectly. really no regret buying and its cheap. even my car charge is ugreen lol
