I dont think there are that many pet card stories to tell... and the pet stories seem to be dieing off bit by bit till the next pet sale smile.gif

Anyone heard of UGREEN before? i was thinking to try their cables since it's MFI Certified too but for half the price. Lol I feel like a cheapo... because i want 1 at the office, 1 at my living room, 1 at my room and also my GF will charge her phone so basically i need 2 cables unless i unplug hers then she'll complain why isnt her phone charged. LOL... 1st world problems...

Can Vijandren Ramadass please fix the attachment system? My pics are always the right side up, but this is making all my attached pics slanted.

When you take picture with your phone, the camera software record down the picture orientation in EXIF without rotating the picture.
When you view the picture in your phone or PC, the image viewer software make use of the EXIF information to present you the correct orientation.

Lowyat attachment system do not have such capability to read EXIF from image and do the necessary adjustment.

Guys,

Since this is already reached V26, obviously there must be some real driver why so many are into online shopping. What kind of savings margin are you guys getting by shopping online? Or in other words, say if you would have spent RM10k this year if you shopped at malls and retail stores, how much would you have spent by shopping online?

easy, whatever u want, go survey at several retail and put benchmark, check lazada, and apply code.. u will see the different.. 20~30 different compared to retail price, grab only lor.. for sure u can't find in other place .. buy for necessity , not desire.. if for desire, it's your money after all

Financial savings and time/parking/petrol savings.

And spending doesn't work like that "if you would have spent". Most of the time mall/retail is discretionary spending, if you happened to be busy and didn't go you just wouldn't spend. In that sense having online shopping makes you spend more. Like how every Lazada sale people buying smartphone like addicted.

Based on individual item savings can be really high though. TESREVO30 gave 30% off a price which was actually same as the in-store price for my toddler milk powder, so I end up spending RM14+ (actually below RM14 including credit card/shopback benefits) for items which are RM21 promo price (normal price RM26.50). I bought 15 packs....

Anyway BTSDEC15 just saved me another RM25 on a wifi router for my parents. 15% max 25 (min spend 50) but only for home & living I think.

Saving RM40 for 2 months stock of pampers. A year could save me RM240 just for pampers alone.

With other items, probably gonna save me around RM350~400 per year. Small amount, but then a lot of my necessities aren't sold in Lazada lol

Haha. Thanks guys for the feedback. I summarize from the responses that the items can be around 20% cheaper, but the challenge will be to only go online if there is something specific to buy and not just keep browsing whenever got free time, resulting in 'buyfirstregretlater' smile.gif

Good luck guys.
