try put glasses on box and put only 2 pcs newspaper, a drop the box few time & see what happen. dont tell ssd is different from glasses, the actual result definately may cause damage (either can see or can not see). i also from retailer some more is 50% is glassware, some staff packing at lazy way and cause the products break or scratch, after tolak allowance and incentive their performance will better alot. some time cincai is ok, but if it can easily correct or improve why not do it. so u cincai i cincai, then u help me i help u.

for my case, even 304 stainless steel have a manufacture box, white foam and bubble (but we have open box to check), within the courier still dented by courier guy. improve our packaging method, we can solve it without adding any extra thing inside, just see u want to improve or not or just wait 1 day customer complaint why u send a defective product to me. which 1 u prefer.

glass normally will mix with some material, i also dont know. some products from france or italy glasses even u drop at certain height it wont break. some time we will throw the sample and show to customer how strong the glasses can tahan.

i still not test the ssd yet. if defect 1 then i return loh. if ok 1, return to lazada for what, wait another few day lazada return the money to me. no work get work to do meh.
