i know if hardisk when in running & heat may cause damage. but if u mentioned ssd not like hdd, haha. yes is different product, but try drop your ssd, then see your luck.
u have been asking a silly question. the thing dropped it spoil or not spoil depend alot a factor (floor, angle, height and etc......luck). imagine nest time u buy ssd at shop, the guy accidently drop the ssd at floor, then see u will asking him change a new 1 or not.

only 2 pcs newspaper totally not help to hold (if NST is only 1 pc). if u fill full on top & bottom (atleast 10 pcs) then it will be good. 2 pcs enough for wrap the box nia. when i received, even not shaking the parcel, the ssd box are rolling inside.
