Either way, i see the value with machines plan though. I can ensure the second hand value and also that the phone is protected for 2 years.

I think 64 is sufficient. hence i went with 64gb. plus i have icloud family storage which is 200gb. so more than enough for me since the photos and videos on iphone are set to optimize storage instead of original size.

not necessary to have 256gb unless you use it alot for music and games+apps.

i don't believe i have this issue. but i do feel the vibrate depending on where you swipe up from.

slide up from the bottom where the horizontal line is... and you will feel a slight vibrate.

but if you slide up from anywhere in the middle of the screen, there is no vibrate.


about the tick, im not too sure about that. is it like as though the glass and oled screen not sticking together kind of feel?

Using it on my Note 8 and so far its been good to me. perfect fit. no issues with cases. Also it makes it feel solid and its a trusted brand.

have been using multiple brands in the past but nothing works as advertised. but so far this one has been good. so i got this as well. however just got it yesterday. havent had the time to put it on.

take note, its expensive. but currently its being sold for RM160 which is the cheapest. I bought mine for 199.

Surprisingly it is easy to fix. though i made an expensive mistake on my note 8 which created a permanent bubble and had to buy another set... lol..

This is what i got since i got the phone. Always 2 days battery life for sure. My Note 8 has to be recharged even 6 hours.

not really. havent played games on it cause clash of clans not optimized for X yet. The size is too small. I only use it mainly work stuff.. heavy on emails, documents stuff, and lots of facebook and instagram. I don't disable anything as well. i have bluetooth, location and everything running.

In regards to that is Android users usually look at "Screen Time". But in iOS, it is the same as "Usage Time". Thats how i see it though.

really? well i will try with games soon and see how the battery goes and share here as well. But as far as im concerned, i am definitely amazed with the battery life already. This is more like a dream come true.

i had that for my 6 Plus and loved the Apple Leather casing. lasted me very long but the exposed bottom was the reason i cracked my entire screen.

So i would say dont go for exposed casings. No matter what.

have you tried dbrand skins? im using it on note 8.. very nice and easy fix. thinking about it for ipx...

one annoying thing is i cannot play clash of clans and boom beach on ipx.. the pain point of apps not optimized yet for ipx... way too small when load the game. kinda sad actually for such a big game company.

probably that is one reason why im still constantly averaging battery usage of 50hours standby until now. cause im playing these games on my note 8 instead.

Im using IPX for work phone and Note8 as Personal phone. I use IPX for work cause of security. It is much more secure than android as you know security patches for samsung comes slower compared to nexus/pixel devices. And my company is cyber security based. so security is an important factor though.

But overall i use note 8 mainly but i use ipx as much as well cause note 8 battery cannot last long so it is mostly charging. That is when i use the IPX more often and with heavy facebook and instagram and work emails and stuff, it still able to last 2 full days.

i do that as well. but then battery dies fast. so i use ipx to counter my addiction to social media.

On average:

IPX = 7 hours (Standby = 50 hours)
Note 8 = 3 hours (Standby = 8 hours)

Probably contributing factor is the games (CoC and BB) plus background applications on Note 8's Android Ecosystem.

I'll need to test with Games on IPX as well to make a fair comparison. Additionally i noticed, certain apps such as Google Search App on iOS, when running it drains battery due to Location Services. When Location service icon appears on top left of the screen, then battery drainage happens quickly on IPX.

lets see.. ill give this a try perhaps tomorrow or next week. due to work constraint, dont have much time recently. but surely will give it a try. else end of the month i surely will play more IPX based games while travelling overseas... since it will be boring in long haul flights. maybe that can help determine the SOT better.
