i booked last month, about 30% left for 1st block, I personally very good for investment thou, 3min distance to pav bukit jalil using underground passage(already built) and 1min distance to landbank of shoplot built by Boustead (future), and 4min distance to massive landbank being clear in TPM

1000sqft de lor, i choose the floor with pocket garden and parking spot for this unit will be G floor

Yesterday I booked highest floor and seem like also almost fully booked. Just left those not so nice units. But still can drop by the showroom and have a look.

I booked for 1009sqft unit. My unit price slightly higher because I choose for high floor. Yesterday I see for higher floor also left few units.
