The bj highway has 5 or 6 lanes . Add another 1000 condo in also can .

Problem is the perkasa1 traffic light to kesas. Bottleneck

1. residensi bintang with ppa1m +, ltat ppa1m to the east
2. boustead land. plan for rm300mil mixed dev
3. inp land?? if yes, need to wait for sp setia new "value adding" plan
4.mrcb land. plan for rm2bil dev
5.??
6.syed mokthar land bought over from the tudm?
7.the como?
8. pv new mid cost project + rumawip
9. the como showroom. the como 2?
10. ??
11.mrcb also?? or other owner?
12. ten kinrara
13. another lbs project?
14. berjaya project & prasarana mixed dev. typo with another no 12 tagging

retail centre being another mall? haha. maybe they have to come out with some unique attraction to not compete directly with pv2. ikea express? haha.

was at showroom. about 30 % booked. to be launched in jan. right now still got good picking for the units. smallish unit at about 600 psf above. only 70 plus units of smallish unit in total.
