Keypads: It's based on user, some may think it's hard to press before they try it. So I suggest you go to any shop and try it first and see whether it suits you or not.

Camera zoom: I'm not sure about this.

Screen: TFD might have some quality loss if compared with TFT. But the picture quality is the same if transferred to the PC. You can check the camera gallery @ Fun, Games & Entertainment to clarify this. But don't forget, TFD saves battery power hence longer playback time.

thinking of getting a N series phone, i kinda like the web browsing with the nokia oss browser and the n70 is within my budget range, did some research, i found out that n70 is using the older s60 version. Is it possible to upgrade to s60 3rd edition?

if not any, sony ericsson phones within rm800 - rm700 that  has the same equal specs as the n70 and also the same browsing experience? hate the wap browser on my k700i

Yes sasaug ... agree with u.... i wanted a N95 ... coz its 8gb version but i guess it will lag like n91 if the memory u put until 90 % ... left 10 % on it oni ... i guess for ppl like hear song i recommend N95 ... although sony ericsson is releasing lot of walkman series ...
