I just S ranked every mode on DMC4 a few minutes ago, not counting HOH and HAH of course.

Took me way faster than I thought it would. I remember back in DMC3, it took me nearly 2 months to SS the entire DMD mode, what a pain...

For Nero, follow this path:

North > East > West



For Dante, follow this path:

North > South > East > East

First time through the game, yea just look at the shadows. Second time through, just close your eyes and move.

7400 points is needed for an S rank in Style.

Really no such thing as an "easiest" combo for Dante, its down to what you can do.

For me, I can say that I can High Time > JC yamato raves > helm breaker rebound > air hike > rainstorm and so on. Thing is, Dante is alot more on your imagination with combos.

What I can advise you to get within the S rank for Style would be to farm Style points by getting absorbed by the Faults(the heads which pops out of the ground). Also, you can farm style points through the place where you fight the assaults as well, just simply go in and out after you defeat the pack. Other than that is to find all the orbs in the mission, which is particularly easy for mission 14.

Or you can go into M15 and use Dante then RG the hell out of everything.

If you're good with Royal Block(or rather Just Guard as I like to call it), then just RB every attack. Mix in a little bit with Trickster, Mustang gives insane style right after you perform a Just Dash(a dash right before an enemy attack hits).

If not then do the "normal" safe way. Use Nero and hold a scarecrow/frost, let enemies attack until it dies. Remember to taunt as well. If you don't have Table Hopper, a Just Roll(roll right before an enemy attack hits) will also increase your style.

Hahaha nice. Would you mind putting up the time/ranking requirements I posted a few weeks back on the first page as well? I think it should help those who are looking to S rank every mission.

Oh and by the way, Exceed adds a new level of play with Nero. I wouldn't go as far as saying it is a must to master it, but atleast you should be able to pull off single IR lamps on most(if not all) moves.

IRing = Key to getting S rank in Style on Human mode.

You'll also need to farm for style in certain points of a mission as well as not take too long to do it(don't forget, Human mode's time req for S ranking is pretty strict on some missions).
