On Lazada it could be a different story since there is a discount of over 400++ for the 8 Plus and no discount for the X.

Yeah, coz that's the one that most people can't afford to buy without Telco subsidies biggrin.gif

1+1 warranty, u sure its not exchange with refurbished unit? can warranty at apple?

best don't install 11.2.2 patch first as it is impacting performance of iPhones.

it contains patch for meltdown and spectre bug.. but this fix is slowing down devices:

all the fixes for Spectre and Meltdown causing issues.. for Intel and other companies.. the patch needs to be applied onto the CPU itself which is causing performance degradation.

lets hope there won't be an attack that is made of Spectre and Meltdown vulnerability. If got it's gonna be devastating since almost all devices on the planet will be affected.

havent download anythng yet today...all apps downloaded yesterday eventhough the download was slow...

DIGI line at my house was OK yesterday..no problem watching Utube and browsing Chrome yesterday...
