First 12 hours with iOS 11.4 on my 8 Plus and there was no unusual battery drain overnight, which is good

Hi guys, i am currently in us. Is it advisable to purchase the sim free iphone 8 here? Or there will be compatibility issues when i use the phone back in kl? Actually buying it as a gift

Yes, it is better however I did get the Standby Time=Usage Time bug overnight today. Just did a restart and will monitor again tonight. But yes, overall, battery life has improved a little.

No problems so long as you buy the sim free one. Bear in mind though, compatibility issue is one thing, warranty issue is another. Some says you can claim warranty here at authorized service centres and some say you can't, so it's a bit of a hit and miss.

So ios12 have group notification. But i hope apple still give us the option to have individual notification coz i prefer it that way. I usually prefer to read whatsapp message without opening whatsapp app.

same too me, group notification not really suitable to me as I only use whatsapp and facebook, others I off the notification

Ya. Now we can read message from the lock screen without even touching our phone. Hope apple don't take this convenience away

I think u can still read the messages without opening the app, just press the notification and it will expand

What I was hoping for is the ipx gesture can be introduced into other iPhone as well, they did that to the iPad though

Lol you must be the only one who wants individual notifications. I wake up to few hundred messages every morning and its annoying! Cant wait for iOS12.
