Yea make sense though tongue.gif perhaps wait for CNY sales.. Dont know if any silicone casing by Apple got sales for 8+, currently only 10 % or 5 % cheaper than official store.

I might have overlooked on that, my bad. Yes it is leather instead of silicone, I couldn't find silicone either.

You may search iPhone silicone vs leather, i see many positive reviews on leather compared to silicone, might do more research and get 1 for my own tongue.gif

Its classy no doubt. But i dont think it provides and real protection against drops, which is the real use of a case IMO. biggrin.gif

If you really into leather, THIS is awesome!

They have other colors too. Gold also got.

Apple leather case IMO if you are going just for looks and premium feel, its awesome. But wont give you much protection from drops. nod.gif

Is it, i like it because i have touched them when I am in Guang Zhou apple centre, the feeling on hand is sooo good. As for the protection, I got no knowledge about it, as my mind told me Apple product = quality product.. xD Thanks for the information though.

No doubt on the quality bro. But when buying cases for protection, 1 important thing you need to check is the MIL STD 840 drop test rating. For the price of apple case, you can get the best cases money can buy, like Otterbox, UAG, Spigen, Rhinosheild, elementcase etc.

Just my 2 cents. icon_rolleyes.gif
