So 11.3 has no power option for iPhone 8 plus. Does that means apple didn't throttle last year iPhone?

Why need to throttle when it still brand new. Only for IP7 series & lower.

realizing that when using samsung fast wireless charger, the iphone 8 battery charged at 80% max. It doesn't go higher during data tethering mode. Maybe i shall test again

How come, do let us know if it still stuck at 80% when you charge.

Hey getting samsung genuine wireless charger shall do you good. I have to say the rm3xx latest charger is pretty good.

Wonder if you dont mind trying tethering with bluetooth and wifi on to your computer for data usage while charging? Without that, i am able to charge to 100% actually. Just not fast charge lol, maybe i was connected to only 1A instead of 2.1A output.

Actually the better practice is minimize power consumption during charging. Possibly your phone is charging and discharging the same amount of power at the same time.

Possible preventive care from overheating while charging and using tethering same time ?? Will test mine too

Yup, that should be OK.

I dont find any difference at all for my batt life from 11.2.2 to 11.2.5.

Usuage time still around 8 hours with 20+ % left before charge.

It is good then, does the phone slightly smoother or slower?
