Hi there grab drivers.

I am looking to register myself as a grab driver partner next week. As I am looking at the earning structure, im guessing that grab ambassador is for those who wish to do grab full time and grab associate is for those who wish to grab part time rite?

So i wanna know, if i register myself as grab associate, would it be possible to change to grab ambassador later on?

Its actually
Ambassador = only drive for Grab
Associate = drive for other competitors as well eg Uber

So, if you're joining in as Grab driver only, you will then enrolled under Ambassador programme.

So if I joined as grab associate, will i be able to switch to grab ambassador later on?

Yes. But why do you want to join as Associate?

Dunno? What's the perk of joining grab associate? Just be able to join Uber at the same time?

Mine also same, without date becoz havent register or something last time the car dealer tell me

Well if you think of it, the expiry date of the insurance coverage should be the same as your road tax expiry date. Hahahaha. How come never think like this before. doh.gif

Yes. I don’t hope much on this too. They did mention average fare will remain the same. I feel that, they just take the chance to change the incentive structure. As their culture, they will squeeze the driver one round first than see the feedback. So that they can keep on improving. As past records, mostly change was a pain to driver.

Any chance they will revert back to the old incentive scheme that benefits the driver more? Very slim lah.

Somehow drivers here took this new scheme without much rage haha. Probably already immune due to constantly fked by crap over and over.
