Yesterday received sms, call Cs said today afternoon 1 pm will be ok. Today morning received same sms. Until now still on hold. Call Cs said no issue. How to solve?

Any one receive this SMS. I downloaded Root Checker , and it shows No root detected. My phone is not rooted, but keep receiving warning sms.
What I can do?

Hi, I download Advanced Root Checkeer, Test-Keys result is Cross/Red But mentioned Rooted. Other root tester apps result is No Root. What to do next?
