since you're claiming the toll's expenses, u need to declare the charges for toll received

i sent riders to the airport on sunday from pj and purposely didnt turn off my availability knowing that number would be allocated to me

surprisingly, just im about passing door 1 departure before i drop off my riders, i got a ping from door 5 to go back kl and skipping all the queues

is this normal?

1. if i change my phone (iphone) but i restore everything to a different iphone, will i straight away be able to use grab driver or i wont since its a different imei?

2. if i factory reset my phone, will i be able to straight away use the grab driver app once installed? (same phone)

Guys how do we report fake booking in the app? Or we can only report that by calling the service centre?

I got 3 consecutive bookings tonight from ascenda residence @ skyarena (setapak) but twice passenger no show after informing me they’re coming (by call and text). Third time i just ignore and try to move away from that area before go online again

1st is seri amelia, 2nd is quqaseh@qasehqu (can’t really remember). 3rd I ignore

Each booking i went inside and waited at the lobby. One even say in the lift when i press “I’ve arrived”. Cannot be la u waited for the lift or the journey inside the lift take more then the 5 minutes given by grab so each I canceled after 5 minutes.

Well I don’t lose much because all 3 trip are under “my destination” (except for fuel, time driving back and forth and waiting for them 🤬)
