I don't mean to give my backing that much to Grab but there is just too many brainless complaints going around in those FB groups. I told them that Grab isn't an insurance company and had that fellow work with an employer and he is involved in an accident, that company too won't pay for his vehicle's repair cost. But as expected, my comment flew above their heads.

So I did what I had to do to keep my sanity, I have left all those groups once and for all. I won't let my brain cells die like theirs 😂


Your level-headedness is a breath of fresh air. I've been driving Grab for 3 years. I jjoined but left all grab FB groups. They are really toxic. It makes me wonder is that why they are doing Grab cos they can never last long in any companies with such attitudes and ways of thinking. Many of them don't understand ehailing is a service industry which demands certain skill sets. Probably they are too young with not much life experiences therefore their first reaction is to complain all the time or call for boycott.
