Sifus, new driver automatically opt in for flexi or hourly guarantee?

Or it auto switch between the two based on AR/CR?

No la. You switch it on and if no accept dao any rides and switch it off again, not considered as 1 use. I tried yesterday.

The description also said, if you accept dao one ride only will deduct 1 use from your daily limit of 2 uses.


And also, any one knows how flexi bonus works? Or is it just a name? I don’t see any bonus or incentives, or the KLIA drop off or pickup itself is already the incentives?

Hi guys, what are your nett earnings percentage, like the percentage of real money you make after deducting commission and petrol?

For mine
trips adding up to RM28 in fare
- commission (28 * 0.25) = (RM7)
- petrol (21.8 / 10.3km per liter * RM2.20 per liter) = (RM4.66)

Net earnings = RM 16.34
Net Earnings over Fare = 16.34 / 28 = 58%

Ya fuel consumption is high if driving around taman taman.
For flexi, figure out its better to take long trips.

And also, if i opt in HG, but may cancel or offline during some of the hours, will i still earn as much as if i am staying at flexi bonus?

10% for 13 trips per day
20% for 20 trips per day

So how does this cash back works? What does it mean? How much more bonus will i get?

1. Sifus, for grab driver android app, why got two 'power buttons'?
I see that only if both are on, then only we will accept passengers (correct me if wrong), so what does the middle power button do? What does the left power button do?

2. Also, if i opt in for hourly guarantee, for example, in one block the incentive is RM40 for 4 trips, but if i earn RM45 in that block, it means i wont be getting any incentives le la? Then if i earn RM30 for 4 trips, Grab will give me RM10 incentive?

Take large jobs during HP and below, and take small trips during UP and MP?
