The new administration is as rigid and stupid as the previous one. If you want to level the play field, change the taxi side instead of grab. PSV, 6 hours lecture, puspakom and bla bla bla , did any one of those make the taxi industry better and safer? Those things ain't gonna work why must force all driver to go through the same stupid process?

I was actually hoping some changes in the transport ministry especially the ridiculous rules , puspakom is one of the insane one, but now looking at the what the new minister proposed, I don't have any expectations with them anymore. Good luck everyone especially rider, you may be back to those cabby days.

That is one of the insane rules and regulations. They think that Malaysia weather is cold or has winter.

I burnt my HG incentive this week because of high CR and low ar. Then I decided to switch to flexi and then try out other things. Plan to quit crap by next year before the new e hailing law enforce. I don't have high expectations on crap to help us out with the new law.

Well maybe in future, no more incentive for all drivers... Looking at what crap did so far, it's quite likely...

Now I miss Uber even more... No such stupid things like forcing AA and bla bla bla.....

In my opinion, Uber incentive method was good , fair and win win situation for driver and uber.... When there's a surge, driver get high fare which is more than incentive and uber at the same time no need to pay incentive to driver but can get higher commission due to high fare

Crap just never learn, copy craps only, good method don't know how to copy.

I tried out AA today, there's one problem for me, when the job comes in, it only ask you to tap the screen to continue but won't tell you where is the pickup and destination, have to check later at the info tab there. I normally glance at the job card especially the pickup location to get some idea how to go about.

This AA has caused more stress to me... Don't think I will continue with it since I have already forgo incentive.

I tried my first trip with my car today, no commission was charged. Not sure when will they start charging. The pickup was not fat, may be I m lucky ??

I m a quiet type, I only say hi and thanks most of the time unless the passenger talk to me first. There's a day my DR drop from 4.99 to 4.91 even though I drive like normally I do.

But anyway, the new law enforcement next year has so many uncertainty, if the worst case scenario happen and many drivers stop, those bad riders especially the younger generation who never kena taxi's bau before will kena gao ago, until that time, leave bad rating to those cab drivers lah.

Once there's a china lady ask me to wait for her "a while" during a short trip, mana tau she went for half n hour, well you know the beauty of user, that trip was with a 2.1 surge, ended up the fare for a 3km trip become 38++

It's almost after 1week crap enforce this forcing AA on HG, they should have their statistics now and should be analysing it. If the outcome is not favourable to them, expect some outrageous announcement next week. Who knows they may send u SMS warning : " Turn on AA or else you will be banned....."

Uber used to have the same as well last time, if not mistaken was called Uber Mandarin and was available in certain cities only, I remember JB used to have it.

I didn't aware I was crapallstar until I received an email said that I have completed 200+ trips, but I don't see any benefit or any crap happening, so I don't bother at all now...

Crap pin location is no match with Uber one, I kena this pin location a lot of time, very rare it is correct. Actual location is either on the other side of the of the road or across the river. If you're familiar with the pin area, you got to use ur experience to
make judgement.

Although crap bought over uber but never bought this pin location technic, what the heck crap.

Well, in the end crap is s going to take away incentive, just a matter of time only. Why so much hassle for crap to implement all these rules, just take away incentive, increase fare that's it simple.

Crap always talk big... How about the PSV things that crap promised to help driver negotiate with ministry of transportation? No more updates since a few months ago...

And expect something like this when the date line approach: "We have tried our best on our part, sorry but you have to go through all the process which is the same as taxi drivers... bla bla bla..."

Come on Mr. Transport minister, why must you implement a 40 over years old method in this modern era? Consider changing the whole taxi and ehailing, bring us forward not backward. We chose you is not for you to show your anger on us but to solve the scenario and bring us move forward.
