May I ask which one is better if drive grabcar, Waze or Google map?

Guys, sorry if this is not the right place, but as Grab user I have some problems with people finding my house.

I live on housing estate, only the name of the estate appears on the map.  Every house has a number code like A1,2,3,4 B1,2,3 etc.  So there are many hosues but no street names.

When I request grab the only place listed on the map is right in the middle of the housing area and even though my GPS location is very accurate, I can't get the Grab car to come straight to me, he always goes to the pickup point then I have to type in more directions, sometimes he spends 10-20 minutes looking for the house, and it's only a 5RM fare, so I'm sure the drivers are never happy.

It would be SO much easier if I could just send the GPS location and not have to select a pickup point from the ones that are in the map.  Why is this not an option?

There is one late night sending this boy, I wait him, a box put on my sofa which reluctant to to tell me the contains(found out is crab),  chat little.

At the end, ask politely rate 5 star, he answers I dont give 5 star most of his ride.

It's very sad rider enjoy most and safe reach, then stingy at star.

Us, Malaysian grabcar driver should be proud because our level of professionalism is same level as Singapore

I'm a grab rider and a driver as well. One thing I dont understand if others request a ride from condo or place like sentul boulevard example. why cant provide add info which block or which shop exactly to come to
Most of the time have to multitask to text while driving asking 'block?' 'guard house?'
I always tell when req which block to pickup or to wait at grd hse etc
Most riders think drivers can spot exactly where to fetch using sixth sense

Haihz, today got 3 passenger request to go caltex withdraw money after get into car.

2 in the morning, 1 in evening

1st go caltex atm rosak, request go 2nd one, i direct say no n my rating direct drop

Really break record today, if no money just use grabpay lar what so hard zz

Today something weird happened to me.

I park in front of someone's house to rest for a while, then this old auntie come out and look at me. So I wind down my window and ask her is it ok if I stop here for a while to rest? Because the road is very narrow, hard to uturn.

Then she get in my car and ask me if I'm her friend? She said her friend coming to take her somewhere. So I said no, I'm not your friend. I ask her, you never seen your friend before? She said no. So I told her, I'm not her friend and I politely tell her, it's better she wait inside her house for her friend.

Huh.. I wonder if the aunty going to cheong or what? Middle of the night waiting for guy friend that she never seen before to pick her up? Lol.

Does any of these have any effect on riders? Or Grab still treat riders as king, no stern action on the actions that put drivers in difficulties and losses.

Yesterday I had a mapren for a trip from Zeva to AEON, then back to Zeva for rm8. stop 1 at AEON at KFC. Waited 3 minute already. By 4th minute I send message you exceeded 3 minutes already, no tick no response. waited till 8 minutes, I want to cancel but no option to cancel. (Upon arrival at AEON, I pressed Drop Off, so drop off 1st stop is recorded and not moving.) By then, it was about 10 minutes waiting, I press again DROP off and the trip ended technically., and I move out. Not getting fare payment. Not really affecting that rm4 on me. . Within seconds, I got the next ping and accepted. Then got a call, sure from the mapren.. saying where are you? I answered, I went off already, you have exceeded the 3 minutes stop  limit and over by 10 minutes, he said aaa,, i hung up. after complete the next ride, give orange comment on the mapren trip, select abusive behavior and fare not received in full. Also explain that rider take very long stop and not responding to message.

Is it going to affect me aa?
