I didn’t face similar issue before, but there were bookings which were accepted then disappeared. Sometimes recorded as ignored & at times nothing. That was some time ago. I’d informed GCS by call & leave a remark. Was informed it was due to low bandwidth, which I think it’s an excuse. I wouldn’t use my phone as median, but instead a dongle for www connections.

I do practice IOS update & test the GD-app receivings. If it doesn’t behave normally, just reinstall. 😉😉😉

No such thing steal ping.... high probability is weak internet signal which u not aware.

After long hours run, try clear cache and flush network using off-wait 30 sec -on airplane mode.

Reinstall when there isn’t booking coming in. Why didn’t you try 4G?
