Next time please call if exceed 15mins above, if they are fine with it just proceed, my experience is 95% won't cancel after u called them up.
For the long pick up distance, normally it happened on the first job or the job after i switch online when near to pick up point. If u want short pick up distance, online and it will normally give u route which go smoothly and within few mins.
