Last week i got a ride from crap. Fare is rm94. When the driver arrived, he told me he got no cash n ask me pay him in cash ok or not. I said ok since i got the cash. Then he asked me to cancel the ride and he will drive me to my destination. The tol is around 3.50 so end of the trip he asking for 94 + 3.50 and i gave him 100.

Is this allowed or what other drivers do also to sapu the 25% from crap? Or will i get penalty for doing this if get caught?
