you don't see where you are heading until you pick up your rider and you don't know the fare until you drop off the passenger... you can't see the pick up address but only the estimated distance and won't know which direction you are heading until you accept the job....this was what made me switch to grab but not sure if they have changed.

I agreed, driver should not take it granted. U only have one way and if u break this bowl, ready for 3/5 days or maybe 6 mths no income if u break the rules. Hate it or not, no other Company able to match up with Grab currently.

Too many riders were pampered by this e-hailing service, it should be given to those who really can afford but not kaki tempang type of rider.

Nowadays if u compare Uber and Grab price for 1km price without surging, Uber is lower, after the merger, i foresee 1km going to be RM7-8 above with surging on peak hour.

For those rider complain, go take your Taxi ready on the shopping mall

ya, I have a taste on such area yesterday. when I want go out from home, one ping at my area wanna go remote area where have mydin and flat and taman. I never went there lepak so take the job. reach there basically all short trip. rm4 for mydin to flat 2km away, drop then I go back mydin off engine wait under tree. 5ikan Bills like this in 2hours UP block. ahahahaha

at peak hours, i was at KL gateway mall on the way going up to vertical bangsar south.
I stuck infront of kl gateway mall for 30 minute++ before i can even reach vertical bangsar south.

ping come in while i am still infront of kl gateway mall, the driver request to go from pantai hillpark to 1utama.

he self cancelled the job.

after few seconds, another job comes in and he also self cancelled the job.

all these passenger cancelling the job is very hard to avoid de ma right for us driver.

3 bridge over klang river

1 kesas highway - banting route

1 shabaru highway - port klang/northport area highway access to kapar.

5 way to get out from klang to other city

else you were in port klang

Now LRT3 - build on banting route near taman sentosa , everyday jam , then everyone take other alternate route = cause jam also

so i dont like to go over klang during MP , UP block.
