Today got this guy's take 17rm trip, 15rm promo, very nice guy, walked quite far to make it easier for me, etc etc, we'll spoken etc.

Reach location, 2rm also don't have. Go back, cannot withdraw, give me 1.30. I also just say Okok nevermind whatever la. For goodness sake what kind of adult walks around with 2rm?when I took taxies in school I never stopped checking my wallet when I called for a cab.

Yesterday I told a client off for one of the first times - she selected pup at 7e curve, I park right in front of 7e curve in the lobby, after 10m of saying otw abit jam and her replying okay. When I'm there, try to call her, dunno why the fuck these people phone always got problem. Fine. She starts texting me, haloooooooo hallooooo u manaaaa. And I say Kat 7e skrg. She goes Oh..... Which 7e? I say curve la! She goes... Maybank can ah? Next to 7e.. I said hello, it's not next to 7e,i have to make a huge round 15m. She keeps going on and on, oh nearby la, pusing sikit saje la, etc. I couldn't take that shit, alr explained to her, I went- u ada kereta ke? U yang bawak kereta ke I yang bawak? Then she goes alaaaa macmm ini I nak cancel. I go like be my guest botch

I feel quite safe for this case because I did not ignore her ride. She was damn impatient and I kept trying to explain that if I drive to her, we both lose shot loads of time so can't she walk here. I got a fare right after and got my incentives done for the block. Plus I waited damn long at pup. Plus I drove for quite abit through jam to pickup.

So it looks like Grab sorted out one of my incentive blocks error - which was a cancelled trip added as one of my trips, hence me losing a bit. They corrected it and removed it.

BUT, they still haven't corrected another block I complained about.. The one where they didn't count one of the trips I did as incentive, which means I get abit more hehe.

Highly doubt it won't be changed before next Wednesday. We shall see. Did any of u get the 5rn pickup bonus for one of the days, believe it was 8th Jan - every trip between 1830-2030 or smt every trip gets 5 - got an incentive for that without even realizing

I guess since noone can do pressing the dropoff button late and stuff without getting screwed, i'd say the only thing to do is get your AR and CR and DR as high as possible so whenever u do have to ignore a trip...

Yesterday I had to ignore a trip to freaking sultan ismail at 6- 45 ringgit. Had to work extra an hour to get my AR back up, but it was worth it cause i got bilis for the rest of the block around my housing area lol
