I am even more teruk. 2weeks after started with Grab my rating was holding steady at 4.98. Then within 1 day it dropped to 4.88 and by end of today it was 4.78. If this continues I cant continue with HG. Damn it I cant recalled any riders that could possibly have problem with my service except a bunch of students whom I didn't allow to fetch 5 persons in 1 trip. Yesterday same thing happened when I grudgingly accepted a full car load of 5 adults to meet my MP target. Next time I will just bite the bullet and drive off.

My car is clean, hard braking, sudden acceleration all zero, I didn't take wrong road.

Before this I was steady at 4.88 without moving. These few weeks after start driving Grab again, drop to 4.83.

He suggested something reasonable (drive too slow) so I'll just take it positively and try to drive faster a bit.

Grab doesn't game you any, it's a norm that Grab=delay. DR refreshed at 12.45am but for numbers of people rated, 3am as you noticed (for the moment, who knows maybe they change again tonight?).  I always memorized the number of people rated whenever there's a big drop, dropped for how much... slowly wait for the next 100 then you'll see it bounce back overnight unless you're unfortunately to get another bad rating again at the same time

This i also hairan. i made a simple test i ask half of my riders (migrants) to show me my rating. all 5 stars. end of the day still drop. now my rating is 4.71 all the way from 4.95. Theres a chance they are doing this to avoid paying high incentive for flexi on saturday and sunday. because i usually score maximum incentive on weekend

I share your point.
I think the Rider Apps switch over period may take awhile to realize the full potential. In addition, Grab System might be overloaded with sudden surge of Driver + Rider where some teething issue going on!

hi to all grabber.. im new here. wanna ask, if u just start your first drive today(i mean for the following week), and u start at 5pm which is mp for me, then u get 2 job from 5pm - 6pm.. 1 job only rm4. then second job customer no show at all, cant contact by phone, only few message from in app telling he is on the pin location after that no response..
i waited like more 30min(i know max should be 5min), how does this effect your incentive? i did call CS. they asked me to cancel and report from in app. i did just that. i cancel the job after 6pm. will i get the incentive from 5-6pm? only after 6pm my CR is 50%.

anybody have experience on this?
