After they reinstated my account this afternoon, the incentive tab shows 0 and even the page was blank. Called up CS to check and they confirmed that I’m still ambassador HG. Job came in but blank on the incentive page. Made report to CS they advise me ro reinstall the app, did it twice but till now still the same. Anybody facing this same dilema? Even the ended incentives showed only 22-28 Jan duration...🤦♂️

I remember during the re-education class that the presenter told us that if using Maybank account, the transfer will only takes minutes since Grab used Maybank too even it is a weekend unlike with other banks which will take 3 working days. Request for cashout yesterday but till now none so far. What nonsense is this?

Received this just now. I couldn’t believe how stupid or ignorant those CS were. I kayuh in KL yesterday, Gombak/Batu Caves to be exact. 10 cancellations by riders and 4 by me because of no show after the 5 mins rule. Made remarks still I got this. 🤦♂️
