What? You mean if use 2nd phone for calls (not the one with Grab installed) then cannot reach the passenger you are supposed to pick up?

use other phone will not work, the masking is not activate for the first few ride from what i've notice

Regarding the “Disqualified Incentives”
This is the 3rd time in a month where i have been foing through with this problem. All upon system’s error. And Cs could only refer back to me in time and been delayed and delayed without final answers.

I have been driving loyally as an ambassador for a long time. Meaning throughout most of my times, my AR has always been above 80% . PROBLEM is,  when i checked the past day hard earned incentives, its been shown as diqualified stated “Your acceptance rate of 72% did not meet the required target” . Whereby that never even happened. And worst is that it showed everything the same for every hours of incentives. Meaning morning to afternoon till night is all the same as 72%.

WHat in the flying F ?
And cs cant even solve this problem?

meaning if u online 1 full hour and only get 1 passenger with RM5 fare, and for that hour the guarantee is at RM25 per trip, then grab will give u RM25.

total gross will be 25 - 5 = 20 - 20% = 16?

RM25 x 80% =RM20 (RM5 fare from customer,RM15 incentive paid by Grab)
I registered few months ago no need training.there is a video that will teach you how to use the apps

Now i dunno la,maybe new regulation?
