Well they can take MC or Annual Leave and still get salary. Grab driver can't, you stop driving your income stop.

6.10pm from puchong to desapark RM46+9 ... 1 hour reach
7.20pm from desapark to jalan imbi rm29+16    35min reach
8.05pm from pavillion to vista komanvel RM24+5... 1hour reach

7.30am just now I received a ping from Sungai Ramal Dalam going to Bukit Serdang. RM16 for 16km, no bonus whatsoever and the rider was 4km away from me.

Anthony Tan can go and screw his dog's ass off. No wonder many riders are so pissed off right now although non-peak hour fares have been reduced. They find it very hard to get a ride during NPH because no drivers want to entertain their requests.

I drive 4 hours from 4pm manage to collect RM130 fare + RM40 trip offline

but this morning abit slow.. 1 hour like RM25 only

Uber started off with RM90 with guaranteed return from KLIA.....that was the good old days 

TB is a hit or miss stuff. All down to luck.
Underestimate or overestimate but i guess is still based on location.

My guess is:
Weekdays 5:00pm to 6:30pm, traffic will get worse, and Grab will underestimate duration;
After 8:00pm traffic will ease, and Grab will overestimate duration.

So drive after 8pm 😬
