if rider cancels a trip..can he still give 5 star to that driver for that trip?

my cashout request was still pending from 25th june.
every other cashout requests did not have any problems.
1 of the email showing it is pending on my bank acc's side.. anybody here got such issues before?

double then triple confirm 1st to klia or not..

my 1st experience wif the queue system..waited 4 hours frm 11am-3pm at lanside area..ping came in..shytt..mitsui-klia2..
wasted 4 hours plus fare was rm25 only..
not necessary get klia/klia2 trip..lesson learnt.

btw..juz realize crappy petronas fuel is crappy..
juz using it 4da sake of free 2200 pts..
well.. switched back to petron n shell.
